His book, Abs Revealed, is a modern, intelligent approach to abdominal training. As a fitness expert for Discovery Fit & Health he is host of the web series "Everyday Fitness with Jonathan Ross. A former astronomer, Jonathan used to study stellar bodies – now he builds them!

is an internationally recognized performance coach, personal trainer, massage therapist, author, and speaker who motivates, educates and inspires people worldwide. He is the owner of Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, CA, where his wonderful team of 35 focuses on personal training, massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, sports performance training and nutrition to help transform the bodies, minds and spirits of a broad clientele. Todd trains dozens of current NFL, MLB, & NBA athletes, including 2 Super Bowl MVP's (Drew Brees & Aaron Rodgers), 1 NFL League MVP (LaDainian Tomlinson), 2 Heisman Trophy winners, and one Olympic Gold Medalist. The company was founded by Jenny Rowe, a lifelong group exercise instructor who has served in director-level positions for group fitness program design and creation at leading group fitness organizations. She launched Xercise Lab in 2011. Xercise Lab offerings provide more intense workouts within shorter timeframes than other group fitness programs in the market. None of the Labs require equipment of any kind, instead using the students' own body weight for resistance.

A former triathlete, Ed has competed in many swimming, running, cycling and rowing events. When Ed began to endure injuries, he turned to yoga. With his athletic background, Ed began to explore the powerful effects of yoga breathing in cardiovascular and strength-training exercise. Ed created Flexibility For Athletes and has since become respected for his "body OVER mind" philosophy including unique breathing techniques that help reduce stress on the body and enhance speed and endurance facilitating meditation-in-motion. He has worked with athletes at Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, MIT, Saint Joseph's University & the US Olympic Rowing team. He has presented at the IRHSA Convention & USA Rowing Association.

She is the producer of 28 home workout DVDs, she teaches and trains athletes at the University of Utah, and is a Master Trainer for YogaFit, Schwinn and 24 Hour Fitness. Denise was featured as a trainer in SELF magazine, inspiring over 500,000 women to participate in the SELF Fitness Challenge. She and her husband, Michael live in Salt Lake City with their three boys.

She has presented her programming in over 11 states teaching her FOCUS POINT METHOD of CORE training through her online classroom Myhiphopfit.com Jeannie currently represents RYKA.com shoes for women as their Fitness Professional/Ambassador. She is very passionate about her role as the creator of fitness programming for a prestigious group of nationwide Chiropractic Physicians called Elevation Health whose mission is to create outrageous health. Jeannie resides with her husband Dr. Dan Martingano D.C. and 3 boys in Melbourne FL.

is a certified personal trainer and raw food chef who has a life-long passion for health, wellness and fitness. With over 12 years of experience she has enhanced her skills in both nutrition and personal training by her own trial and error. In 2012, Hilaree climbed Everest and its neighbor, Lhotse, within 24 hours in a climb sponsored by The North Face and National Geographic. In doing so, she joined an elite group of alpinists who possess the endurance to link two 8,000-meter peaks in a single push and became the sole woman to accomplish this feat. Named by Outside Magazine as one of the most adventurous women in sports, Hilaree has skied from the 8,000-meter Himalayan summit of Cho Oyu in Tibet, throughout the Andes, on volcanoes in the Kamchatka Peninsula of Russia, and in the tight couloirs of Baffin Island. Through mountain exploration and skiing, Hilaree has truly lived the dream. Hilaree grew up in North Seattle and learned to ski at Stevens Pass. She currently resides with her family in Telluride, CO.

is a fully certified Pilates trainer and international educator, having presented throughout the US, Canada and the Caribbean. His education includes a BS in Dance from James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia, a MS in Dance Therapy from Hunter College, CUNY and is a certified Life Coach. Matthew's style mixes information and a great amount of enthusiasm. The Pilates method of exercise allows him to share his love of movement, physical rehabilitation, movement analysis, dance, as well as challenge clients and students mentally and physically. Matthew is based in Orlando, FL.

After a successful career as a professional dancer in both ballet and theatre, Sharon found her next path and another way to express her love and joy of movement when she stepped in to an Ashtanga Yoga class back in 2000. Soon, she started teaching around the Atlanta metro area and her unique style of teaching began to unfold. In 2005, she moved from Atlanta to Telluride, Colorado where Sharon taught both Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles at Telluride Yoga Center (TYC) and later became a co-owner and studio manager from 2008 – 2011. She returns annually to Telluride as Yoga Presenter for the Telluride WOW (workout weekend) Festival. In 2011, Sharon moved to Aspen, Colorado where she was studio manager and Power Vinyasa instructor at O2 Aspen. She also taught Vinyasa at the Ritz-Carlton Aspen-Highlands as well as Hot Vinyasa in Basalt and Carbondale, CO. For two years straight, Sharon was honored to be an Ambassador for Lululemon Aspen. Sharon received her RYT-200 hour teacher certification with The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA. and completed CorePower's Level 2 Teacher Intensive in Boulder, CO with Brandon Cox.

is a 12+ year Telluride local and works full time as a Personal Trainer, ACE certified group fitness instructor, Schwinn Spinning instructor, and Yoga Instructor. Her workouts and have been featured in Self, Shape, and Ski magazines. Alyssa believes in cross training to stay healthy, fit, and balanced, both physically and mentally. She has been teaching fitness for more than half of her life and Yoga for the past 12 years, with her most recent studies and certification in Anusara Yoga (trademark). When not helping others move their bodies, connect to their breath and their heart, Alyssa can be found on her road bike, hiking, skiing, or chasing after her two boys, Dylan and Cash.

Now Doris owns her own fitness business, Team Thews. She is known for her motivational and athletic coaching style and is a master trainer for BOSU®, Indo-Row®, ShockWave™ and Schwinn® Cycling. In addition to being featured in several fitness DVDs, Doris has contributed her knowledge and expertise as an author for several fitness Journals and is a RYKA brand ambassador. a Telluride local, Pete began working with trainers at the age of 13. He began training others at 28 and has studied Olympic weightlifting as well as Power lifting, Crossfit training and mobility. He has lived in Telluride since 2009.

Neil Mallinson is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, TRX Master Trainer, Fitness Presenter, Master Gravity Trainer and an Advocare Nutritional Advisor. His experience in the fitness industry is as unique as his training style. Fitness is a way of life which he chooses to live everyday. Neil focuses on serving those who strive to live healthier, more energetic and vital lives. He has conducted training and education seminars worldwide including Tokyo, Reykavik, Bangkok, Vancouver, Toronto and Regina. Neil is also the owner of Nemafit Personal Training in San Diego and the Fitness Program Manager for Town Sports International in Washington D.C.

has been involved in the fitness industry for over 22 years, she holds a degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in psychology. She has also received an educational certificate in biomechanics and also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Most recently in 2014 Nicole became a Level 1- FMS Coach (Functional Movement Systems) and a Certified Endurance Specialist. She is now working on becoming a Level 1- Exercise Coach through the Paul Chek Institute.

is an ryt- 500 and was trained in a vinyasa style of yoga but over the years has created the space for other styles in her classes as well and now primarily teaches in the Yapana method. Ansley also does Thai Yoga Therapy which she sometimes incorporates into her classes. She tries not to take herself too seriously and encourages students to do the same; she keeps her classes lighthearted and fun.

She has also trained with Shiva Rea and the Samudra Global School of Living Yoga to receive her RYS 200hr Prana Flow® Energetic Vinyasa certification. As the co-owner of the Telluride Yoga Center, Kristin continues to dedicate her life to the study of yoga and finds true joy in sharing her discoveries with others.
