His book, Abs Revealed, is a modern, intelligent approach to abdominal training. As a fitness expert for Discovery Fit & Health he is host of the web series "Everyday Fitness with Jonathan Ross. A former astronomer, Jonathan used to study stellar bodies – now he builds them!

is an internationally recognized performance coach, personal trainer, massage therapist, author, and speaker who motivates, educates and inspires people worldwide. He is the owner of Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, CA, where his wonderful team of 35 focuses on personal training, massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, sports performance training and nutrition to help transform the bodies, minds and spirits of a broad clientele. Todd trains dozens of current NFL, MLB, & NBA athletes, including 2 Super Bowl MVP's (Drew Brees & Aaron Rodgers), 1 NFL League MVP (LaDainian Tomlinson), 2 Heisman Trophy winners, and one Olympic Gold Medalist. Other notables include Darren Sproles, Kellen Winslow Jr., and Gerald McCoy. A former triathlete, Ed has competed in many swimming, running, cycling and rowing events. When Ed began to endure injuries, he turned to yoga. With his athletic background, Ed began to explore the powerful effects of yoga breathing in cardiovascular and strength-training exercise. Ed created Flexibility For Athletes and has since become respected for his "body OVER mind" philosophy including unique breathing techniques that help reduce stress on the body and enhance speed and endurance facilitating meditation-in-motion. He has worked with athletes at Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, MIT, Saint Joseph's University & the US Olympic Rowing team. He has presented at the IRHSA Convention & USA Rowing Association.

is widely considered one of the leading health and fitness professionals in the state of Utah. She is the producer of 28 home workout DVDs, she teaches and trains athletes at the University of Utah, and is a Master Trainer for YogaFit, Schwinn and 24 Hour Fitness. Denise was featured as a trainer in SELF magazine, inspiring over 500,000 women to participate in the SELF Fitness Challenge. She and her husband, Michael live in Salt Lake City with their three boys.

She is very passionate about her role as the creator of fitness programming for a prestigious group of nationwide Chiropractic Physicians called Elevation Health whose mission is to create outrageous health. Jeannie resides with her husband Dr. Dan Martingano D.C. and 3 boys in Melbourne FL.

In 2012, Hilaree climbed Everest and its neighbor, Lhotse, within 24 hours in a climb sponsored by The North Face and National Geographic. In doing so, she joined an elite group of alpinists who possess the endurance to link two 8,000-meter peaks in a single push and became the sole woman to accomplish this feat. Named by Outside Magazine as one of the most adventurous women in sports, Hilaree has skied from the 8,000-meter Himalayan summit of Cho Oyu in Tibet, throughout the Andes, on volcanoes in the Kamchatka Peninsula of Russia, and in the tight couloirs of Baffin Island. Through mountain exploration and skiing, Hilaree has truly lived the dream. Hilaree grew up in North Seattle and learned to ski at Stevens Pass. She currently resides with her family in Telluride, CO.

Lance also serves as a Master Instructor for the American Council on Exercise and is an IDEA Program Director of the Year award winner.

After a successful career as a professional dancer in both ballet and theatre, Sharon found her next path and another way to express her love and joy of movement when she stepped in to an Ashtanga Yoga class back in 2000. Soon, she started teaching around the Atlanta metro area and her unique style of teaching began to unfold. In 2005, she moved from Atlanta to Telluride, Colorado where Sharon taught both Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles at Telluride Yoga Center (TYC) and later became a co-owner and studio manager from 2008 – 2011. She returns annually to Telluride as Yoga Presenter for the Telluride WOW (workout weekend) Festival. In 2011, Sharon moved to Aspen, Colorado where she was studio manager and Power Vinyasa instructor at O2 Aspen. She also taught Vinyasa at the Ritz-Carlton Aspen-Highlands as well as Hot Vinyasa in Basalt and Carbondale, CO. For two years straight, Sharon was honored to be an Ambassador for Lululemon Aspen. Sharon received her RYT-200 hour teacher certification with The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA. and completed CorePower's Level 2 Teacher Intensive in Boulder, CO with Brandon Cox.
Bill Fabrochini
Bill Fabrochini PT, CSCS
is a clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and sports performance training coach. He has worked at the Aspen Club Sports Medicine Institute in various capacities since 1990 along with running his own training and consulting business, Bill Fabrocini LLC. During the course of his 25 plus year career he has designed exercise programs for several prestigious companies both on the private and public sector including Mass General Hospital and The Aspen Ski Company. He has also worked with athletes from a broad range including Olympic Medlaists, NBA, NFL, and NHL athletes, the US Ski Team, professional soccer players, Grand Slam Tennis and Golf Champions, professional ballet dancers, world class runners, professional cyclists, collegiate and high school athletes, corporate executives, and most importantly his every day athletes of all ages. Mr. Fabrocini currently serves as the rehabilation and strength conditioning advisor for the Guadalajara Chivas in the Mexican professonal soccer league. He also advises several youth organizations including Team Prep USA that have produced numerous collegiate elite runners and Olympians.

began her career as a fitness leader in 1997 at Gorilla Sports in San Francisco. She was trained as a cardio kickboxing instructor and quickly realized that helping others reach their fitness goals was her passion. She became a CPT and versed in several different class styles and was soon one the most popular instructors in San Francisco, teaching at several locations in the city including all the Gorilla Sports (now CRUNCH) and The Sports Club/LA and The Bay Club. Heather was the Group Exercise director for the three Gorilla Sports locations in San Francisco from 2002-2004. After moving to Marin County in late 2003, she became the cycling coordinator, continued to teach her packed classes in San Francisco and also ran a very successful Baby Boot Camp franchise in San Francisco until 2006. Soon thereafter, Heather took the position of Group Exercise Director for The Bay Club Marin. Heather continues to teach almost daily at the Bay Club Marin as well as other locations in Marin. She draws about 100 people to her KickBox classes and her cycling classes are always full with 50 participants. She is a ReXist360 master trainer, and also a co-creator of Move Your Asana® - Powerful Yoga, and BodyShots™ - Contact Boxing Bootcamp.

His experience in the fitness industry is as unique as his training style. Fitness is a way of life which he chooses to live everyday. Neil focuses on serving those who strive to live healthier, more energetic and vital lives. He has conducted training and education seminars worldwide including Tokyo, Reykavik, Bangkok, Vancouver, Toronto and Regina. Neil is also the owner of Nemafit Personal Training in San Diego and the Fitness Program Manager for Town Sports International in Washington D.C.

Ansley Herndon
is an ryt- 500 and was trained in a vinyasa style of yoga but over the years has created the space for other styles in her classes as well and now primarily teaches in the Yapana method. Ansley also does Thai Yoga Therapy which she sometimes incorporates into her classes. She tries not to take herself too seriously and encourages students to do the same; she keeps her classes lighthearted and fun.

Kristin Taylor
developed her foundation in yoga through a dedicated Ashtanga yoga practice under the guidance of Victoria Laws, Annie Pace and Tim Miller. She has also trained with Shiva Rea and the Samudra Global School of Living Yoga to receive her RYS 200hr Prana Flow® Energetic Vinyasa certification. As the co-owner of the Telluride Yoga Center, Kristin continues to dedicate her life to the study of yoga and finds true joy in sharing her discoveries with others.
Scott Colby
Scott Colby is the owner of SC Fitness, LLC and the creator of Fit For Photos, a program he designed to help men and women look and feel beautiful, fit, and strong. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Virginia in 1995, and did several years of human movement science research before getting into the fitness industry. He's passionate about helping others not only to change their physiques, but change on a personal level as well, and live the most fulfilling life possible. Scott lives in Denver, Colorado where his interests include hiking, whitewater rafting, zip-lining and coming up with new ways to help others achieve their potential.
Dr. Peter Hackett
Dr. Peter Hackett is a world renowned high altitude expert and altitude research pioneer. He is a leading authority on altitude illness, high altitude climbing, wilderness medicine, and the effects of altitude on people living and working in the mountains. Dr. Hackett is also a board certified Emergency Physician. Dr. Hackett has been at the frontier on altitude research, with years of experience in the Himalayas, Denali, South America and in Colorado. Dr. Hackett has authored more than one hundred articles on altitude issues, has edited six books and is respected internationally for his expertise. In addition to his extensive clinical and research experience, Dr. Hackett's recreational activities of high altitude mountaineering, skiing, and living at altitude have lent him a personal understanding of altitude physiology. This includes the 111th summit on Mt. Everest. Dr. Hackett directs all executive, clinical, research, and educational activities of the Institute for Altitude Medicine.

Dr. Jeremy James is the Director of The Aspen Club Back Institute. Jeremy specializes in permanent solutions to chronic back pain via functional movement training, myofascial trigger point therapy, rehabilitative strength training, joint mobilization, and patient education. Jeremy's passion is to help chronic back pain sufferers who have been frustrated by other treatments and therapies. He enjoys enabling his patients to go beyond the mere absence of pain to lead active, fulfilling lives.

An icon of Masters Swimming for three decades, Rich has set over forty world swimming records and was inducted into the International Masters Swimming Hall of Fame in 2011. His performances continue to defy expectations of what is possible as one ages. The book Swimmers: Courage and Triumph published by the International Swimming Hall of Fame had the following to say about Rich. "A pioneer, Richard Abrahams is one of a handful of men and women venturing into an uncharted wilderness and hacking a path for the rest of us to follow. Through his achievements which are every bit as significant as Roger Bannister breaking the 4 minute barrier for the mile run, if accompanied by less fanfare, Abrahams is doing nothing less than redefining what is physically possible as we reach 40, 50, 60 and beyond. "Dr. Sanjay Gupta, in his book Chasing Life, stated the following about Rich: "What experts are teaching us is that aging does not always spell the end to fast times and extreme fitness – even for the most serious competitors. Former Northwestern University swimmer Richard T. Abrahams became the first fifty-year-old to break 50 seconds in the 100 yard freestyle.
