The North Face Athlete and Professional Ski Mountaineer
She is the first woman to climb two 8,000m peaks in 24 hours (Everest and Lhotse). She's also skied from the Himalayan summit of Cho Oyu in Tibet and climbed and skied several high peaks in Bolivia and Argentina. Elsewhere, Hilaree has cut turns on remote volcanoes in the Kamchatka Peninsula of Russia, Mongolia, Pakistan, Lebanon, as well as many first descents in the tight couloirs of Baffin Island. Born and raised in the Northwest, Hilaree began skiing at age 3 at Stevens Pass in the Cascade Mountains of Washington State. Eventually she moved to the Chamonix Valley of France where she learned most of what she needed to know in order to take her skiing skills to the next level- ski mountaineering. In addition to her work for The North Face, Hilaree is a mother to two young boys, and although they have changed her life dramatically, her passion for the mountains has not abated. She lives with her family in Telluride, Colorado and finds her sanity in the beautiful San Juan Mountains.

Shane Niemeyer is author of The Hurt Artist (a memoir), key note speaker, elite level triathlete, and strength and conditioning coach. Shane had a troubled and stormy adolescence that would worsen into adulthood. He was in and out of psych units, rehabs, and jails. Eventually, his thoughts the behaviors they produced put him in prison. After a failed suicide attempt in prison, Shane vowed to change everything about his life, embarking on a quest to discover what distinguishes those among us who are thriving, from individuals who seem to stumble through life. In prison he began a process of self discovery and personal growth that he still engages in today. He has become an expert on human motivation, and how we can use current concepts from behavioral science, neuroscience, exercise science and genetics to unlock our potential as human beings.
Bill Fabrocini is a clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and sports performance training coach. He has worked at the Aspen Club Sports Medicine Institute in various capacities since 1990 along with running his own training and consulting business, Bill Fabrocini LLC. During the course of his 25 plus year career he has designed exercise programs for several prestigious companies both on the private and public sector including Mass General Hospital and The Aspen Ski Company. He has also worked with athletes from a broad range including Olympic Medlaists, NBA, NFL, and NHL athletes, the US Ski Team, professional soccer players, Grand Slam Tennis and Golf Champions, professional ballet dancers, world class runners, professional cyclists, collegiate and high school athletes, corporate executives, and most importantly his every day athletes of all ages. Mr. Fabrocini currently serves as the rehabilation and strength conditioning advisor for the Guadalajara Chivas in the Mexican professonal soccer league.

Amanda came to Pilates after numerous knee surgeries forced her to give up many of the extreme sports she loved. Pilates, introduced through her Physical Therapy, gave her more than the healing she needed. It also gave her a passion for the STOTT PILATES® education itself—"an intelligent system," she says, "that provided the physical and mental challenge I was looking for." She soon left the business world to become a fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor and ultimately an Instructor Trainer. Her education, experience and highly individualized method of teaching focuses on helping clients achieve a harmony of strength and flexibility without pain or stress. With a sensitivity to their varying needs, she creatively guides clients of all ages and fitness levels-- from professional athletes to pre-and post-partum moms--through the progression of exercises in a way that allows them to understand and accomplish more than they thought possible. Even before reaching all their goals, her clients often observe their changed posture, increased strength, flexibility, and muscle tone.

A classically trained ballet dancer, Ami transitioned from a dance career into the fitness industry during university. After graduating with a B.S. in Exercise & Sport Science, she's had the opportunity to work with some of the top minds in the fitness industry. She's traveled extensively as a TRX Master Instructor and has presented at conferences in the U.S., the U.K., and will soon add Thailand to her international speaking circuit.

Currently, she has also been the Department Head of Pilates and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® at Rancho La Puerta Resort and Spa, located in Tecate, Baja CA, Mexico since January 2014. She has self produced 4 Pilates Mat DVD workouts, is featured in several instructional DVD's for IDEA & Healthy Learning, has authored Morning Pilates Workouts published by Human Kinetics, and is a featured instructor on the website Pilates Anytime. Cathleen holds certifications from ACE, Alan Herdman Studio of London, Physicalmind, Long Beach Dance Conditioning, PMA, GYROTONIC® Levels 1 & 2, GYROKINESIS®, GYROKINESIS® Metamorphosis and has completed yoga teacher training with Tim Miller at the Ashtanga Yoga Center in Encinitas, CA and Erich Schiffman of Sacred Movement in Venice Beach, CA.
Erin Gehrke has been an athlete her whole life; gymnastics, skiing, swimming, lacrosse and soccer. "By the time I was in my 20's, I could feel the toll those activities had taken on my body. Then I found yoga. I couldn't get enough of it. I tried every class and style I could find. Finally, I walked into Sonic Yoga in NYC and the pieces of my puzzle fit together seamlessly." In 2006 Erin was Vinyasa certified through the Center for Yoga Studies at Sonic Yoga. Over time she has developed an organic power Vinyasa class, practicing in studios from coast to coast. "I have an understanding and respect for the physiology within this training, which I honed studying health sciences. I didn't just spend a few hours on my computer to get 'certified.' You can be confident in my instruction because of my comprehensive anatomy knowledge." Erin has trained traditional yogis that were looking for a little more athleticism in their practice, MMA fighters seeking more flexibility and balance on the mat, and the local athletes of Telluride that love to push their limits and train hard through every season.

She received a Molecular Biology degree from the University of Wisconsin and Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from Palmer University in Davenport, Iowa. Her post-graduate certification and training was in Clinical Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Currently she has a solo office in Carbondale and Aspen, CO where she teaches women how to navigate their peri and menopausal years with vitality and grace.
